- We arrange an inspection. Free, no obligation, and in all eleven of our markets.
- We look at the whole roof system, not just the obvious problem — penetrations, flashing, valleys, edges, gutters and the attic where it is accessible.
- You get a written report with photographs and an estimate of remaining service life. Not a verbal summary you have to remember.
- If work is needed, you get an itemized scope you can compare against anyone else’s quote.

It depends on the market and the season. Late summer and early autumn are busiest everywhere, and lead times stretch after a regional storm. Active leaks are prioritized over routine inspections.
