Who We Are Hiring When We Are Hiring
Brazen Roofing has completed more than 4,387 roofs since 2021 and currently runs somewhere around 750 to 800 a year across twelve markets. Growth at that pace means the roster changes, and openings come up without much warning, which is why we keep this page open even when nothing is posted.
The roles that come up most often fall into four groups:
- Quality control inspectors. Brazen’s installation crews are subcontracted; our inspectors are ours. They are the people who sign off on a roof, and the role only works if the person doing it is willing to fail a job that looks fine from the street.
- Project management and estimating. Scoping roofs accurately, writing an estimate a homeowner can actually read, and running a job from contract to final walkthrough.
- Sales and customer-facing roles. Inspecting, explaining and quoting, without the pressure tactics the industry is known for.
- Office and support. Scheduling, permitting, warranty registration and the paperwork that keeps jobs moving.
We also work with subcontracted installation crews in every market. If you run a crew rather than looking for a job, send your information through the same form and say so, we are always interested in crews who can hold a standard.

What We Look For
The specifics vary by role, but the constants do not:
- You tell homeowners the truth. Including when the truth is that the roof has five good years left and does not need replacing yet.
- You care about the details nobody sees. Nail placement, starter strip, flashing, ventilation balance. The parts of a roof that decide whether it lasts are all invisible once the job is done.
- You communicate before you are asked to. Our reviews mention photographs and updates more than anything else. That is not an accident and it is not optional.
- You leave a site clean. Every time.
