I have never had an experience like this one! The storm that rolled through Saturday morning left me with shingles blown from my roof and I had concerns of leaks. Bob Severance was out and on my roof within an hour during this storm. Needless to say I am extremely happy with this company and couldn’t have imagined using anyone else. Honestly it’s hard to find businesses that care this much! Thank you guys so much for being so great to work with!

The professionalism and detailed communication from both Mike and Bob was outstanding, especially with our house being a second home for us and not able to be present during the job. This company is awesome! I worked with Tyler and company to demolish a church steeple and provide new shingles, decking, facia and gutters on an aging roof system. The church congregation has been very happy working with Brazen Roofing.

The crew was great! Prompt, courteous, kept us informed, and cleaned up good. But it wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for Juan Salced! He is honest, upfront and didn’t make false promises, like many other roofing companies. My insurance company was a joke, and Juan stayed positive and helped us stay the course. Where do I even begin. Rick was absolutely amazing to work with. He helped in so many ways. We never felt like we were alone in this process. Communication was excellent. Imagine my surprise one day while riding my golf cart in the community and I stumbled across a truck that read Brazen Roofing. I went and spoke to the gentleman, Rick Brister, about my problem and he went right to work to see what was going on with my roof. Brazen Roofing repaired my roof in one day. No issues here. I definitely recommend Brazen Roofing. I had storm damage to my roof and my neighbor had already had work done by Chris Stephens from Brazen. Chris took me through every step of the process and was great dealing with my insurance company. All of his information was accurate and the communication was great. The whole project went exactly as he said it would and I’m very happy with my new roof.

She made sure to honor what the previous company had given me, and even went above and beyond, giving us the highest warranty package.
