Brazen Roofing has completed more than 4,387 roofs since 2021, and the reviews below come from that work. We have gathered them by market rather than pooling them, because a homeowner in Parker deserves to see what Colorado customers said, not what Myrtle Beach customers said.

Every review here is a real customer review left on Google. We do not write them, edit them or filter them, and where a market is young we show the smaller number rather than borrowing a bigger one from somewhere else.

Why We Break Reviews Out by Market

Most multi-location roofing companies show one combined rating on every page. It reads well and it tells you nothing. Roofing is delivered locally: by the crew that works your county, under the permits and codes that apply there, with the quality-control inspector who covers that market.

So we publish the count per market. Myrtle Beach is our oldest and largest operation and the review count reflects that. Denver and Parker are newer, and that count reflects that too. Reading both tells you something honest about where we have the deepest track record.

What Customers Consistently Mention

Reading through them, the same four things come up again and again, and they are worth naming because they are what we actually manage for:

• Response speed after a storm. Several reviews describe someone from Brazen on the roof the same day, in some cases during the storm. That is the whole reason our storm restoration work exists as a separate service line.
• Photographs during the job. Customers who were not on site (second homes, rentals, out-of-state owners) mention being sent pictures at every phase. That is standard on our jobs, not a favor.
• Communication before work starts. Explaining the scope, the sequence and the timeline before the first shingle comes off.
• Cleanup. Nail sweeps and site condition at the end come up repeatedly, which tells you how often it is a problem elsewhere.

How We Ask for Reviews

We ask every customer at job close, in the market where the job happened, and we ask once. We do not gate the request on whether the customer seemed happy, we do not offer anything in exchange, and we do not route unhappy customers to a private form instead of Google. If a review is critical, it stays up and we answer it.

If we roofed your house and we did not ask, we would still like to hear from you: good or otherwise. It is the fastest way we find out about a crew or a detail that needs attention, and our own quality-control inspectors read them.

I have never had an experience like this one! The storm that rolled through Saturday morning left me with shingles blown from my roof and I had concerns of leaks. Bob Severance was out and on my roof within an hour during this storm. Needless to say I am extremely happy with this company and couldn’t have imagined using anyone else. Honestly it’s hard to find businesses that care this much! Thank you guys so much for being so great to work with!
